Greg Lindberg Shares a Simple and Free Formula For How Fasting Can Change Your Life

Fasting has transformed Greg Lindberg’s life – and you can do the same for you – free and without expensive supplements and medications. After fasting weekly for over two years, he feels rejuvenated, healthier and much stronger than he’s ever been.
To back this up with verifiable facts, clinical data from a study of Lindberg’s telomeres by SpectraCell Laboratories in Houston, TX shows that his biological age is now dramatically younger than before he started fasting.
“Fasting has changed my life,” said Lindberg, who is 53 years old. “Fasting got me off medications, normalized my cholesterol levels, turned my gray hair red again and reduced the wrinkles in my skin. It can do the same for you – and it’s free to everyone,” said Lindberg.
“I made a commitment three years ago that I would fast at least 48 to 90 hours per week,” said Lindberg. “Since then, I have fasted more than 10,000 hours, and have not stopped ever since.”

“My telomere percentiles, the DNA-protein which serves as a biological clock to determine lifespan, has increased by almost 50 percent since 2018,” said Lindberg. “Before starting fasting, I was in the 39th percentile for telomere length. Today, my numbers have increased to the 85th percentile. This is an indication that fasting can lengthen your telomeres, and the concept of the Hayflick Limit is wrong.”
Scientists have long believed that cells have a natural lifespan because the telomere endcaps of the cell’s DNA can only replicate so many times. But this pre-programed cellular lifespan based on telomere length is not correct. As Lindberg’s data indicates, telomeres can in fact get longer with a regular program of fasting – thus indefinitely replenishing the length of your telomeres.
Over a 5-year period from 2018 to 2023 – through an extraordinarily stressful time in Lindberg’s life that included being wrongfully convicted and sent to prison, a divorce, and numerous legal battles – his telomeres increased from 7.01 kb to 8.57 kb. This increase took his average telomere length from that of an average 60 year-old to that of an average 30 year-old.

Lindberg does a water-only fast four days per week – every week. During his fast, he drinks plenty of water and exercises daily. While fasting can be difficult at first, Lindberg said it became easier as time went by. Exercising while fasting can be particularly hard, Lindberg said, but it’s important. “Exercising every day is critically important to burn up the glucose in your system and convert your body to a triglyceride metabolism,” Lindberg said.
“Now, I look forward to my fast,” said Lindberg. “I feel at my best when I’m fasting. I feel like I have better creativity, better memory, better verbal ability and better executive function.”
Lindberg notes that by the 4th day of a fast, your Brain Derived Neurotropic Factor (BDNF) – a critical brain growth hormone — goes up by over 10 times. This means fasting helps rejuvenate your brain and can help eliminate the risk of Alzheimer’s and other degenerative brain diseases.
The transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Lindberg said fasting is a long-term commitment.
